Mrs. Allison James

I am a graduate of Mercer University and CGTC and I have been employed with Putnam County Head Start/Pre-K for eleven years. I have one great son (Jermahl S. Griffin) and in my free time I enjoy working in the yard, shopping, exercising and spending time with my nephew Ameer Hudson. 


Mrs. Janice Daniels

Janice Daniels is striving to educate every child she has been given the opportunity to work with.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University and an Associate’s Degree from Central Georgia Technical College in the same field.  Mrs. Daniels worked in a kindergarten classroom for ten years and has now been given the opportunity to work with fourth-grade students. She is married with two children and six grandchildren.  Her favorite things to do are take family vacations, cook for family get-togethers, and spend time with her amazing children and grandchildren.


Ms. Tara Norris

My name is Tara Norris. I have been at Putnam County Head Start for 12 years. I received my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Georgia Technical College. I have one son, Trey, who is 21, and currently attending college. In my spare time, I enjoy attending sporting events at UGA or watching any sporting event on the weekends. I chose this field because I love working with children and I want to make a difference in their lives.


Mrs. Hannah Swartz

I am a graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in music. This is my first year with Head Start and I have been working with children in a church for the past 5 years. I enjoy singing, traveling and spending time with my family. I have 2 daughters who are 11 and 14.


Ms. Za'Keriyah Sanders

Hello! My name is Za'Keriyah Sanders. I was born and raised here in Eatonton and I graduated from Putnam County High School in 2017. I have bachelor's degree in psychology from Middle Goergia State University and I plan on furthering my education. In my spare time, I love to shop, travel, and spend time with my dogs, family and friends. 


Mrs. Kacy Reynolds

My name is Kacy Reynolds. I have been teaching for 7 years here.  I graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I also have a TCC in Education and am working on getting certified .  I have worked with children for as long as I can remember in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with children and watching them learn and grow. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time. I like to TRAVEL and spend time with family and friends.


Ms. Andrea Waller

My name is Andrea Waller. I am native of Putnam County and have been in the Putnam County School District for 7 years. I have a 6-year old son name Braxton and he is my pride and joy. In my spare time, I love spending time with my familly, cooking, traveling, and relaxing at home.


  Mrs. Jennifer Mitchell

My name is Jennifer Mitchell and I have been employed with Head Start since 2000. I received my Associates in Education from GMC and my Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Walden University. I am married to Leon Mitchell Jr. and have two sons Jerante’ Smith and Zacchaeus Mitchell. I also have two granddaughters Zian Smith and A’Siya Sanford. We have one pet dog name Loki. I enjoy working with young kids and watching them learn and grow. There’s no such thing as failure, only learning experiences. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and spending time with family and friends.


Mrs. Salena Bautista

My name is Selena Bautista and I have been employed with Head Start for 5 years. I received my Associates in Education from GMC .I am married and have two children, Sofia and Sebastian.  I enjoy working with young kids and watching them learn and grow. In my spare time I enjoy shopping, spending time with family and friends, and running.


Mrs. Nomarliz Delgado-Ortiz

My name is Nomarliz J. Delgado. I have been teaching since 2008, but this will be my first year at Putnam County Head Start. I currently hold a degree in ECCE. I am married to Noe Suazo and have two beautiful daughters who are 13 and 8. In my spare time, I love to read, cook, travel, and spend time with my family. My goal as a teacher is to nurture creative thinking, help develop social skills, and create a positive environment for students and parents. "I'm not a teacher, but an awakener"
